Sandy joined Signature Acquisitions in 2021, as part of the company’s senior leadership team, and has over three decades of high-level commercial real estate experience in leasing, asset management and capital markets.  Monaghan is focused on maximizing asset values through the development of effective leasing programs and building quality tenant and broker relationships.  Immediately prior to joining Signature Acquisitions, Monaghan was Executive Vice President of Leasing at Shelbourne Global Solutions in Brooklyn, N.Y., where he directed the leasing and pre-development work for over 2 million square feet of office and industrial assets in northern New Jersey, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Throughout his career, Monaghan’s leadership and ability have helped several highly prestigious companies achieve superior results.  He has led the acquisition, leasing and asset management of office buildings within the NJ/NY Metro Area over the course of his distinguished career, for various companies, including Edison Properties, JP Morgan and Archon Group.  Sandy is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT and enjoys racquet sports and golf in his free time.
